Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineer, the candidate will drive revenue growth by serving as a technical product expert in the pre-sales process, delivering tailored presentations, and collaborating with sales teams to address customer needs and technical inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Turnitin's Integrity and Assessment products throughout the sales cycle
- Craft and deliver impactful product overviews and demonstrations to higher education and secondary education clients
- Partner with sales teams to resolve technical inquiries and support the RFP/RFI process
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting in EdTech or Enterprise SaaS
- Strong consultative selling and presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
- Proven track record in managing technical evaluations, Proofs of Concept, and RFP responses
- Experience with customer workflows, complex integrations, and familiarity with LMS, LTI standards, and REST APIs is a plus
- Ability to flex schedule across global time zones to support collaboration
