Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To drive revenue growth and enhance brand reputation, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will serve as a technical product expert in a remote capacity, collaborating with sales teams and customers to deliver tailored product demonstrations, resolve technical inquiries, and support strategic selling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer-facing technical subject matter expert for Turnitin's Integrity and Assessment products throughout the sales cycle
• Craft and deliver high-impact product overviews and technical demonstrations to higher education and secondary education customers
• Partner with sales teams to manage technical inquiries and assist in the RFP/RFI process, ensuring alignment with customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting in EdTech or Enterprise SaaS
• Strong consultative selling and presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Proven track record of managing technical evaluations, Proofs of Concept, and RFP responses in complex sales cycles
• Experience with customer workflows, complex integrations, and familiarity with LMS, LTI standards, and REST APIs is a plus
• Flexibility to adjust schedule across global time zones for collaboration and execution within a global function
