Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support enterprise-scale technology companies, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will serve as the lead technical advocate, driving technical sales engagements and solution design across the full Zoom platform in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Enterprise and Majors AEs to lead technical sales engagements and custom demos across Zoom's offerings
- Conduct technical discovery and solution design to address complex enterprise collaboration challenges
- Translate customer requirements into product recommendations and drive internal feature requests with Product and Engineering teams
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of solutions engineering experience in technical pre-sales for enterprise-level customers
- Strong knowledge of the full UCaaS stack, including SaaS collaboration, cloud voice, and unified communications
- Proficiency in presenting complex technical solutions and familiarity with API integrations and cloud infrastructure
- Hands-on experience and genuine passion for AI and its impact on the modern workforce
- Strong business acumen and executive presence, effective with stakeholders at all levels
