Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
As a full-time remote opportunity, the Senior Solutions Engineer will drive revenue growth by serving as a technical expert in the pre-sales process, collaborating with sales teams, delivering product demonstrations, and managing customer inquiries for higher education and secondary education clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Turnitin's Integrity and Assessment products throughout all sales cycles
- Craft and deliver tailored product overviews and technical demonstrations to prospective customers
- Collaborate with sales teams to address technical inquiries and support the RFP process
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting in EdTech or Enterprise SaaS
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences
- Experience managing technical evaluations, Proofs of Concept, and RFP responses in complex sales cycles
- Demonstrated understanding of customer workflows, integrations, and change management
- Flexibility to work across global time zones to enhance collaboration
