Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will engage in the pre-sales process by providing technical expertise, crafting tailored product demonstrations, and collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for Turnitin's Integrity and Assessment products throughout the sales cycle
- Craft and deliver high-impact product overviews and technical demonstrations to prospective customers
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve technical inquiries and assist in the RFP/RFI process
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting in EdTech or Enterprise SaaS
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences
- Experience managing technical evaluations, Proofs of Concept, and RFP responses in complex sales cycles
- Demonstrated expertise with customer workflows and integrations, including experience with LMS, LTI standards, and REST APIs
- Ability to flex schedule across global time zones for collaboration
