Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support the pre-sales process, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will serve as a technical product expert, collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth through customer meetings, product demonstrations, and internal initiatives, all while working remotely within the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Turnitin's Integrity and Assessment products throughout all sales cycles
• Craft and deliver tailored product overviews and technical demonstrations to higher education and secondary education customers
• Partner with sales teams to resolve technical inquiries and assist in the RFP/RFI process by advising on product-related questions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting in EdTech or Enterprise SaaS
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including executives and academic stakeholders
• Experience managing technical evaluations, Proofs of Concept, and RFP responses in complex sales cycles
• Demonstrated expertise with customer workflows and integrations, including LMS, LTI standards, and REST APIs
• Flexibility to adjust schedule across global time zones to support collaboration and execution within a global function
