Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to work full-time remotely, this role will manage pre-sales activities, develop tailored solution proposals, and collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth while engaging with customers and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discovery conversations and develop high-impact product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with sales representatives and partners throughout the sales cycle, addressing technical objections and presenting solution proposals
- Represent the company at industry events and contribute to marketing initiatives, including webinars and content creation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a related customer-facing technology role
- Strong technical foundation in enterprise software, infrastructure, security, or cloud platforms
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience delivering product demonstrations and technical workshops
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams
