Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Driving post-sales integration projects for new software partners, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will manage implementation processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and become an expert in products and APIs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into tailored technical solutions and manage integration plans for software partners
- Track project logs and key performance indicators while collaborating with teams to ensure successful partner launches
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Operations, Success, Risk, Product, and Engineering teams for optimal implementation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related roles within the Payments or Fintech industry
- Proven track record of creating and implementing complex technical solutions for software partners
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, payment processing concepts, and familiarity with PCI DSS compliance requirements
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or similar)
- Experience in leading projects or teams and strong interpersonal skills for communicating with diverse audiences
