Job Summary
To support the sales team as a key technical partner, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will manage pre-sales and post-sales activities, delivering tailored product demonstrations and developing implementation plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team as a technical expert during discovery, scoping, and solution design
- Lead and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements
- Develop and execute detailed implementation plans, ensuring smooth client onboarding
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Implementation role within FinTech, RegTech, or B2B SaaS
- Hands-on technical skills in SQL, Node.js, and React
- Working knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in FinTech
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
