Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing sales organization, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will manage technical relationships with enterprise clients, architect and configure solutions, and collaborate with Client Executives to drive business outcomes, all while working remotely from the Seattle, Washington metro area.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor across enterprise accounts in the designated territory
- Collaborate with Client Executives to develop strategies, build pipeline, and close business opportunities
- Lead discovery sessions to uncover business challenges and design tailored solutions from the NetApp portfolio
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or systems engineering in a quota-driven environment
- Strong background in infrastructure technologies, including SAN, NAS, block, and file storage solutions
- Experience designing and configuring solutions within customer environments
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud, virtualization platforms, and data protection strategies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously across different stages and priorities
