Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering closely with product and engineering teams, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will build and validate consumer-facing healthcare pricing estimates, ensuring accurate data integration and strong customer adoption in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define, build, validate, and expand shoppable service estimates, including pricing, billing, and bundling logic
• Collaborate with data and engineering to ensure accurate estimates and support consumer product needs
• Lead technical discovery and scoping for Sales and Customer Success, guiding customers through API integration and implementation

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing and coding, or digital health
• Expertise with institutional and professional claims and understanding of commercial reimbursement
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large healthcare datasets
• Familiarity with APIs (REST, JSON) and customer integration processes
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solutions engineering or implementation
