Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Solutions Engineer will support the sales team by providing technical expertise, articulating F5's value proposition, and driving the sales process to achieve allocated sales targets across North America.
Key responsibilities:
- Articulate F5 product strategy and value proposition to align with customer business objectives
- Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, and proof of concepts
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify technical decision-makers and drive the sales process
Required qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems) or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in related roles
- Experience with traffic management and load-balancing technologies, such as F5, Citrix, or similar
- Knowledge of HTTP, web servers, and associated protocols (TCP/IP, SSL, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture
