Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the sales team in delivering F5 solutions, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will provide technical expertise, conduct presentations and demonstrations, and mentor sales staff while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Articulate F5's product strategy and value proposition to meet customer business objectives
- Provide technical expertise through presentations, solution designs, and proof of concepts
- Drive the sales process by collaborating with Account Managers and identifying key technical decision-makers
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree in a relevant field (CS, EE, MIS) or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar role
- Experience with traffic management and load-balancing technologies (e.g., F5, Citrix)
- Knowledge of HTTP, web servers, and associated protocols (TCP/IP, SSL, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture
