Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the sales team, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will provide technical expertise and guidance on F5 solutions, articulating product strategies and delivering presentations to customers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Articulate F5's value proposition and solutions to meet customer business objectives
- Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, and demonstrations
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive the sales process and ensure world-class customer service
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree in a relevant field (CS, EE, MIS) or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in related roles
- Experience with traffic management and load-balancing technologies (e.g., F5, Citrix)
- Knowledge of HTTP, web servers, and associated protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, SSL)
- Experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture
