Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the sales organization, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineer will provide technical expertise and guidance on F5 solutions, articulate product strategy, and mentor sales teams while driving sales processes and achieving targets across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Articulate F5's product strategy and value proposition to meet customer business objectives
- Provide technical expertise through presentations, solution designs, and proof of concepts
- Collaborate with sales teams and internal resources to drive the sales process and ensure world-class customer service
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree in a relevant field (CS, EE, MIS) or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in related roles
- Experience with traffic management and load-balancing technologies (e.g., F5, Citrix)
- Knowledge of HTTP, web servers, and associated protocols (TCP/IP, SSL, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture
