Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the sales team in achieving targets, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineer will provide technical expertise, articulate F5's value proposition, and mentor sales teams while engaging with customers to propose effective solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Articulate F5 product strategy and value proposition to meet customer business objectives
- Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, and demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal teams and mentor sales staff on the value of F5 solutions
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree in a relevant field (CS, EE, MIS) or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical role
- Experience with traffic management and load-balancing technologies (e.g., F5, Citrix)
- Knowledge of HTTP, web servers, and associated protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, SSL)
- Familiarity with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture
