Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the sales team with technical expertise, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineer will articulate F5's value proposition, provide technical demonstrations, and mentor sales teams while driving customer engagement and achieving sales targets across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Articulate F5 product strategy and value proposition to align with customer business objectives
- Provide technical expertise through presentations, solution designs, and proof of concepts
- Collaborate with sales teams and internal resources to enhance customer service throughout the sales process
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree in a relevant field (CS, EE, MIS) or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in related technical roles
- Knowledge of traffic management and load-balancing technologies (e.g., F5, Citrix)
- Experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with networking technologies and Internet security products
