Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering closely with Sales and technical delivery teams, the remote Senior MCS Solutions Engineer will design, position, and support enterprise managed and cloud solutions while serving as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover business needs and translate them into solution designs
- Architect and present managed services solutions spanning cloud, networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and collaboration
- Ensure smooth handoff from Sales to Delivery by documenting assumptions, risks, dependencies, and success criteria
Required qualifications
- 8+ years supporting strategic enterprise customers in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technology consulting
- Strong hands-on knowledge across cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and modern infrastructure concepts
- Proven ability to lead discovery, develop solution recommendations, and support complex enterprise sales cycles
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, Operations, and Delivery teams
