Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering closely with Sales and technical delivery teams, the remote Senior MCS Solutions Engineer will design, position, and support enterprise managed and cloud solutions while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions to identify business needs and translate them into solution designs
- Architect and present managed services solutions across cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure
- Document assumptions, risks, and success criteria to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Delivery
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technology consulting for strategic enterprise customers
- Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and modern infrastructure concepts
- Proven ability to lead discovery and support complex enterprise sales cycles
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, Operations, and Delivery teams
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts as business value for diverse audiences
