Job Summary
To support a growing customer base, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will engage with clients remotely, providing technical expertise, delivering presentations, and collaborating with the Sales team to close complex opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Articulate the Grafana value proposition and strategy to customers in partnership with the Sales team
- Own technical engagements and leverage advanced knowledge to help close complex sales opportunities
- Deliver product and technical presentations while gathering feedback to enhance product offerings
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
- Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills for handling complex assignments
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration with remote teams and customers
- A technical mindset with a passion for solving challenges and providing creative solutions
- Must be located in Israel
