Job Summary
To support the sales team with technical expertise, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will articulate F5's product strategy, provide solution demonstrations, and mentor sales teams while working remotely across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Articulate F5's value proposition to address customer business objectives
- Provide technical expertise through presentations, solution designs, and proof of concepts
- Mentor sales teams on F5 solutions and collaborate with internal teams to share best practices
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant pre-sales experience
- Strong proficiency with F5 solutions, especially BIG-IP
- Knowledge of security protocols, including WAF and Layer 4 to Layer 7 awareness
- Basic understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
- Experience in service provider networking environments is advantageous
