Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Recognized as a technical expert, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will lead the design and development of innovative solutions on the Orgvue platform, collaborating remotely with partners and internal teams to maximize customer value and drive platform evolution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical subject matter expert on the Orgvue platform, addressing complex customer and partner challenges
• Lead the definition, design, development, and delivery of custom solutions within the Orgvue platform, from discovery to deployment
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Partner Solutions teams to identify platform enhancements and support continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Significant experience with the Orgvue platform or comparable enterprise SaaS solutions
• Strong solution design and technical consulting capabilities, with a background in leading complex solution development initiatives
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and ideally Python or similar technologies
• Practical experience using LLM tools in technical workflows, including writing instructions and assessing outputs
• Strong understanding of data structures, data management, and analytics concepts
