Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a high-growth team, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will engage with customers to articulate Grafana's value proposition, deliver technical presentations, and collaborate with the Sales team to close opportunities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical engagement with customers and assist in closing high-velocity opportunities
• Deliver product and technical presentations to both potential and existing customers
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills to handle varied and complex job duties
• First-class written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration with remote teams and customers
• A technical mindset with a desire to grow technically; candidates with coding bootcamp experience or post-sales/engineering backgrounds are encouraged to apply
