Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing technology startup, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will engage with customers to deliver technical presentations, drive product conversations, and collaborate with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition, all while working remotely from Canada.

Key responsibilities:

• Own technical engagement with customers to close high-velocity opportunities
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
• Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams for feedback on products and competitive landscape

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills suitable for a startup environment
• First-class written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration with remote teams and customers
• Technical mindset with a passion for solving challenges and delivering creative solutions
• Self-motivated and initiative-driven, with a desire for technical growth
