Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will engage with customers to provide technical expertise, deliver product presentations, and collaborate with the Sales team to close opportunities, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own technical engagement with customers and assist in closing high-velocity opportunities
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
• Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills in a startup environment
• First-class written and oral communication skills to articulate value propositions effectively
• Technical mindset with a desire for growth, potentially including recent graduates from coding bootcamps
• Self-motivated and creative, with a passion for solving technical challenges
