Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a high-growth team, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineer will engage with customers to demonstrate product value, support sales efforts, and provide technical expertise through presentations and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition and strategy to customers
• Own technical engagements with customers to close high-velocity opportunities
• Deliver product presentations and enhance documentation and enablement materials

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills in a startup environment
• First-class written and oral communication skills for remote collaboration
• A technical mindset with a desire to grow technically, possibly from a coding bootcamp or previous engineering experience
• Self-motivated and creative, with a passion for solving technical challenges
