Job Summary
Joining a high-growth team, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineer will engage with customers to articulate Grafana's value proposition, deliver technical presentations, and drive product conversations while collaborating closely with the Sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical engagement with customers to close high-velocity opportunities
- Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
- Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
- Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills in a startup environment
- First-class written and oral communication skills for effective customer and team interactions
- Technical mindset with a passion for solving challenges and growing technically
- Self-motivated and creative, with a willingness to take initiative
