Job Summary
To support mortgage lending partners, the remote Senior Solutions Engineer will design and scale technical integrations, guide partners through implementation, and optimize onboarding processes while serving as a trusted technical advisor.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions and design scalable API and webhook integration architectures
- Guide partners through API onboarding and support sandbox testing and production readiness
- Identify opportunities for expanding API usage and improve partner workflows for increased throughput
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Solution Architecture, preferably in fintech
- Strong fluency with APIs and integration patterns, including REST and webhooks
- Deep understanding of authentication standards such as OAuth 2.0 and SAML
- Experience partnering with enterprise engineering teams for scalable integrations
- Proven ability to translate partner requirements into structured technical implementation plans
