Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a high-growth team, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will engage with customers to articulate Grafana's value proposition, deliver technical presentations, and drive product conversations, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with the Sales team to communicate Grafana's vision and strategy to customers
• Own technical engagements with customers to close high-velocity opportunities
• Enhance documentation and create enablement materials based on customer interactions

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills in a startup environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with remote teams and worldwide customers
• Technical mindset with a desire for growth, potentially including experience from coding bootcamps or engineering roles
• Self-motivated and creative, with a passion for solving technical challenges
