Job Summary
Partnering with Sales and Success teams, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery, deliver tailored demos, and design solutions to help customers understand how ClickUp can enhance their workflows, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and deliver customized product demonstrations to align ClickUp solutions with customer needs
- Design and manage proof-of-value or proof-of-concept projects to validate product fit and business impact
- Translate customer requirements into actionable solution recommendations, including workflow design and integration considerations
Required qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as pre-sales or solutions engineering
- Proven ability to conduct technical discovery and present solutions to both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation, with the ability to communicate these concepts clearly
- Demonstrated consultative judgment balancing technical depth with commercial urgency
- Ability to manage multiple customer opportunities effectively with clear follow-through
