Senior Solutions Engineer DACH
Job Summary
To support the growth of Firefox Enterprise across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer DACH will partner with Sales on strategic enterprise opportunities, lead technical discovery and solution design, and run workshops with customer stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to support strategic enterprise opportunities across DACH
- Lead technical discovery and solution design with customers and partners
- Advise customers on deployment models, architecture decisions, and integration approaches for enterprise environments
Required qualifications
- Significant experience (7+ years) in a senior Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role
- Deep knowledge of the DACH IT landscape, particularly within the public sector, financial services, or critical infrastructure
- Strong background in enterprise security, endpoint management, and browser security
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows enterprise deployment, GPO/MDM/policy management, and SSO/MFA integrations
- Native-level fluency in German and strong written and verbal communication skills in English
