Senior Solutions Engineer - SIEM

Job Summary

To drive new business opportunities, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer - SIEM will provide advanced pre-sales technical support for territory and enterprise accounts while working remotely, focusing on delivering technical demonstrations and managing client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all technical aspects of the pre-sales engagement process for prospective clients
• Provide exceptional pre-sales technical expertise and maintain ongoing communication with prospects and customers
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers to ensure successful closure of sales and foster technical relationships with partners

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Extensive background in security analytics, specifically with SIEM technologies and CTI
• A minimum of two years of experience as a field systems engineer, sales engineer, or consultant for large enterprise customers
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms such as ArcSight, SPLUNK, or QRadar
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Perl
