Job Summary
Driving new business opportunities, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer - SIEM will provide advanced pre-sales technical support for territory and enterprise accounts, focusing on SIEM solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all technical aspects of the pre-sales engagement process for potential clients and partners
- Deliver exceptional technical and product demonstrations while maintaining ongoing communication with prospects and customers
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers to ensure timely closure of sales and foster strong technical relationships
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Extensive experience in security analytics, specifically with SIEM technologies and Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI)
- A minimum of two years as a field systems engineer, sales engineer, or consultant supporting large enterprise customers
- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms such as ArcSight, SPLUNK, or QRadar
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Perl
