Job Summary
To support client workforce transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Solutions Partner will design and implement outcome-based solutions while engaging with executive stakeholders and managing the end-to-end solution strategy in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structured discovery sessions with clients to identify business priorities and workforce challenges
- Own the solution strategy and architecture throughout the sales lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical feasibility

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in solution consulting, architecture, or workforce transformation with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven experience engaging executive stakeholders and leading complex discussions
- Strong understanding of enterprise HR, talent, and workforce development initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
