Senior Sourcer

Job Summary

To support a growing consulting practice, the contract Senior Sourcer will engage in identifying, qualifying, and sourcing talent for federal government contracting roles, working remotely for approximately 20-30 hours per week over the next 3-6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current openings and future hiring needs
• Develop sourcing strategies and identify candidates using various sourcing tools and methods
• Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and partner with recruiters to refine searches

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience, particularly with passive candidates
• 3+ years of experience in federal government contracting recruiting or sourcing
• Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Experience managing candidate pipelines and recruiting activity in an ATS
• Ability to independently build searches and manage multiple priorities effectively
