Senior Sourcing Analyst

Job Summary

Leading strategic sourcing initiatives, the full-time Senior Sourcing Analyst will independently manage complex service engagements, drive negotiations, and deliver insights to optimize third-party spend in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end sourcing for complex services engagements, including CX BPO, marketing, and consulting
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, SLAs, and key business terms while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Analyze spend patterns and market dynamics to drive category-level insights and improved commercial outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, particularly in services categories
• Proven ability to manage complex sourcing projects and negotiations from intake through contract execution
• Experience with quantitative analysis on vendor proposals and spend data to inform sourcing strategy
• Familiarity with S2P systems and comfort working with contracts and legal documentation
• Track record of effective operation in an async-first environment and utilizing generative AI responsibly
