Job Summary
To optimize managed services operations and sourcing strategies, the full-time remote Senior Sourcing Manager will execute strategic sourcing for Project Delivery Services (PDS) and Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) projects, enhance organizational delivery through collaboration, and utilize data analytics to drive results.
Key responsibilities
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to drive total cost of ownership across client project portfolios
- Manage RFP/bid and contracting processes for subcontracted goods and services while ensuring compliance with sourcing policies
- Collaborate with corporate sourcing and project management teams to simplify processes and increase productivity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
- Proven track record in the construction management industry
- Experience in project management and business transitions
- Knowledge of sourcing practices specific to the Construction and Real Estate industry
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
