Senior Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Sourcing Manager, the remote position will manage strategic sourcing for mission-critical data center equipment, lead competitive sourcing events, and develop category strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and manage competitive sourcing events (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) for data center construction projects
• Drive the development and implementation of regional and global category sourcing strategies to improve workflows and reduce cycle times
• Align with Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure sourcing strategies meet project timelines and budgets

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement with a focus on complex RFx processes
• Proficient in developing standard operating procedures and creating data-driven reports in ambiguous environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams
• Direct experience in a data center or infrastructure service provider environment is a significant advantage
