Senior Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

Mentoring and leading a team of sourcing specialists, the full-time Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist will develop and negotiate contracts, analyze procurement data for cost-saving opportunities, and manage supplier relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Mentor entry- and mid-level sourcing team members to promote continuous learning and skills development
• Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers to achieve cost-saving objectives
• Analyze industry trends and procurement data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 6 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain management
• Experience in project management and process improvement preferred
• Advanced knowledge of sourcing and procurement tools and protocols
• Certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management preferred
