Seeking a data-driven and execution-focused Senior Enterprise Sourcing Specialist, this full-time remote position will manage the design, sourcing, and costing of transportation solutions for complex enterprise opportunities, requiring strong analytical skills and negotiation abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sourcing for complex Enterprise opportunities, including shuttle programs and major events
- Develop comprehensive program cost models and sourcing strategies, balancing cost, operational feasibility, and service quality
- Lead commercial negotiations with operator partners to secure competitive pricing while ensuring operational requirements are met
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, strategic sourcing, or procurement
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers
- Ability to evaluate suppliers based on cost, capability, quality, and operational fit
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience working directly with operator partners and senior leaders
