Senior SOX Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the execution of SOX activities, the full-time Senior SOX Analyst will manage documentation, walkthroughs, and stakeholder coordination while supporting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with program standards in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute SOX activities, including documentation and coordination of walkthroughs for assigned processes or applications
• Lead walkthrough execution and evaluate control design, articulating observations and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate audit deliverables and manage issues identified through testing or audit activities, ensuring timely resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in SOX compliance, internal audit, or risk/compliance roles
• Foundational understanding of SOX frameworks, internal controls, and financial reporting
• Experience leading components of walkthroughs, risk assessments, or control documentation
• Familiarity with GRC tools (e.g., Archer) and/or Workiva
