Senior Spatial Data Coordinator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Spatial Data Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize CAD and design software to support space, occupancy, and utilization data
- Maintain current drawings, generate relevant space reports, and manage space allocation data
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements in data quality and space management
Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, or related fields
- Three to six years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with AutoCAD; Revit is a plus
- Experience in documenting processes for data governance
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with partners
