Senior Spatial Data Manager
Job Summary
Owning the global spatial data governance model, the full-time Senior Spatial Data Manager will manage a distributed team, ensure compliance with BOMA standards, and enhance data integrity while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead global governance of spatial and occupancy data, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and regional requirements
- Drive continuous improvement of spatial data workflows, dashboards, and audit programs to enhance accuracy and reporting
- Support and collaborate with regional teams to strengthen delivery maturity and build capability across globally distributed resources
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Architectural Technology, Spatial Data Management, or related fields
- 4-8 years of experience with spatial data management platforms such as FMS OpenBlue or Manhattan One
- Advanced proficiency in interpreting architectural drawings and applying BOMA space standards
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing a small team, including coaching and prioritizing workloads
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using reporting tools like Excel or Power BI
