Job Summary

Managing billing and collections for complex healthcare clients, the full-time Senior Specialist, Healthcare Revenue Cycle will ensure timely claim submissions and provide revenue cycle support while collaborating with team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage billing, collections, and accounts receivable activities for healthcare clients, ensuring timely claim submission and payment resolution
• Analyze aging reports and reimbursement trends to identify root causes and implement process improvements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing communication and status updates

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, collections, or accounts receivable
• Experience working with various healthcare providers such as hospitals and physician groups
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and healthcare reimbursement processes
• Experience using EHR systems, billing software, and payer portals
