Senior Specialist Recipe Management

Job Summary

Leading formulation and recipe management activities, the full-time Senior Specialist Recipe Management will develop and manage product recipes within SAP, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely, preferably near a Nestl manufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate Material and Recipe Management activities across projects, ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive compliance activities for new products and support I&R and business maintenance projects
• Train and support new recipe specialists on MRM systems and tools, including Formul@1 and SAP RM

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• 4+ years of experience in a regulated industry such as food, pharmaceuticals, or supplements
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and applicable food safety regulations
• Understanding of ingredient functionality, formulation development, and food manufacturing processes
• Experience with SAP and formulation management systems
