Senior SQL Analyst
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the remote Senior SQL Analyst will facilitate information flow to stakeholders, contribute to data curation and maintenance, and develop reports and analytics using SQL and business intelligence best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of business needs and processes to effectively engage with stakeholders
- Develop and implement data marts, enterprise data warehouse solutions, and reports by writing SQL scripts for ETL and QA
- Create and publish reports and dashboards in Power BI, ensuring adherence to design standards and user requirements
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, SQL Developer, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence practices, including ETL, data normalization, and quality assurance
- Proficiency in SQL and PowerBI
- Healthcare revenue cycle or claims experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
