Senior SQL Analytics Developer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Analytic Developer (SQL) to contribute to the design and maintenance of the overall Analytics system.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, design, develop, and test applications for the Analytics system, focusing on fraud detection in healthcare claims
- Analyze system needs and design reporting solutions while maintaining complex database software and systems
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields
- 4 to 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2019 or newer preferred)
- Experience in creating reports and predictive analytics, particularly in healthcare claims analytics
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or SSRS
- Knowledge of data mapping, extraction, and relational modeling is a plus
