Senior SRAM Engineer

Job Summary

Designing state-of-the-art SRAM circuits, the full-time Senior SRAM Engineer will optimize performance, area, and power while collaborating with mask designers and verifying circuit functionality in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design best-in-class SRAM circuits using advanced technology processes
• Optimize circuits for performance, area, and power while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Verify functionality, electrical integrity, and robustness of designs

Required qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years of circuit design experience
• Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or Shell
• Strong understanding of SRAM and memory design techniques
• Familiarity with industry tools like Cadence Virtuoso and SPICE simulators
