Senior Staff AI Engineer
Job Summary
To drive the development of innovative AI solutions, the full-time Senior Staff AI Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI software components, leveraging advanced technologies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with engineers, research scientists, and product managers to deliver AI-powered products that enhance customer interactions
- Design, develop, and support AI software components, including model training and evaluation, while ensuring performance and scalability
- Lead the establishment of AI performance, safety, and transparency standards across model development and deployment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with at least 10 years of experience in AI and ML development, or a Master's degree with at least 8 years of experience
- Minimum of 10 years of programming experience in Python, Go, Scala, CUDA, or Java
- Experience architecting AI platforms with considerations for cost, latency, and throughput
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams and influence stakeholders at various levels
- Experience deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
