Senior Staff AI Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Staff AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI software components while leveraging advanced AI technologies in a remote-eligible role.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver AI-powered products that enhance customer interactions and associate workflows
- Invent and implement optimization techniques for large-scale production AI systems
- Lead the establishment of AI performance, safety, and transparency standards company-wide
Required qualifications

- Proven ability to mentor technical leaders and influence cross-functional stakeholders
